From birthday parties to special occasions and everything in between, our off-site delivery or pick-up catering service allows you to celebrate any moment with your favorite flavors.

Pack N’ Go | 2.5 Gallon Tubs

Pack N’ Go: Pre-scooped Junior, Single or Double Scoops. Each scoop comes in a cup with a labeled lid and includes a spoon and napkin. A 5% discount is applied when 50+ are ordered. Spoons and napkins are included. 

  • Junior Scoops: $3.95

  • Single Scoops: $4.95

  • Double Scoops: $6.85

2.5 Gallon Tubs | $110 | Each tub serves approximately 45 Single Scoops or 60 Junior Scoops. Paper products not included.

  • Serves approximately 3 Single Scoops

  • Serves approximately 5 Single Scoops

  • Available in sets of 50.

  • The amount of dry ice needed will be based on the size of your order and the length of time ice cream needs to be kept frozen.

  • Orders can be placed for pick up from any Mitchell’s Shop. Delivery is based on availability, and fee is determined by distance from Mitchell’s Rocky River Shop.

  • Coolers from Mitchell’s can be loaned based on availability with a $100 security deposit. Refunds are issued once the coolers are returned within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up clean and undamaged.

How To Order 

Step 1: Place your order at catering@mitchellshomemade.com with at least 2 weeks notice from your pick-up/delivery date. Include details such as:

  • Delivery or Pick Up Date (include delivery address or preferred Shop for pick-up)

  • Pack N Go, 2.5 Gallon Tubs, or Pints/Quarts

  • Quantities and Flavor Selection

Step 2: Submit payment for your order 7 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date via your digital invoice

 FAQs

  • We do not offer services where Mitchell’s Team Members serve off-site. All delivery orders are dropped off and it is up to the customer/venue staff to serve.

  • We do not have an ice cream truck that serves off-site.

  • Dry ice may be necessary if you/your venue does not have enough freezer space to store the ice cream. The amount of dry ice needed is determined by the pickup/delivery time and end of serving time.

  • You can select any available flavors from our year-round menu and current seasonal flavors. Seasonal flavors are subject to availability.

  • Mitchell’s will make deliveries within a 60 mile radius of the Rocky River Shop.

  • Orders placed within 2 weeks of pick-up or delivery cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate them.
